This hands-on financial workshop is built for business owners who want to stop guessing and start making smart, data-driven decisions. Whether you love numbers or avoid them like the plague, this session will give you the tools to confidently analyze your past, understand your present, and plan for a profitable future.

You’ll dig into your last three years of financial statements, identify trends (the good, the bad, and the ugly), and create clear, realistic assumptions to build out a three-year forecast. It’s not about becoming an accountant—it’s about becoming a smarter business owner.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Analyze income statements line by line to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create realistic financial assumptions for cash flow and sales projections to inform strategic planning
  • Build a three-year pro forma forecast, enabling better financial decision-making and planning.
