This interactive workshop helps nonprofit organizations confidently build—or refresh—their strategic plan.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or dusting off an old plan, you’ll leave with clear priorities, practical tools, and a plan you’ll actually use.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Review and refine their mission, vision, and goals
  • Set clear, realistic strategic priorities aligned with their values and context
  • Build a strategic plan with measurable KPIs
  • Create a simple monitoring system to track progress and accountability
  • Evaluate what’s working, what’s not—and adjust without panic




Facilitator

Wendy Keats

Wendy Keats is an organizational development consultant with nearly 40 years of experience supporting non-profits, businesses, co-ops, and governments. She specializes in governance, facilitation, strategic planning, and evaluation. A certified mediator, Wendy taught conflict resolution and leadership skills at UPEI’s Centre for Conflict Studies for 10 years. She has led hundreds of interest-based sessions and is also an approved evaluator for federal community programs.
