Description

August 18, from 6 to 9 p.m., on Zoom

Hosted by CBDC Southwest

Everyone talks about the importance of mental health, finding joy, and staying resilient... but let’s be real: life can be tough, stress is inevitable, and positivity isn’t always enough. So how do we actually build grit, bounce back from setbacks, and support others when we’re barely hanging on ourselves?

This refreshingly honest, no-BS workshop dives into the real stuff we’re all facing—without the fluff. It’s designed for leaders, team members, and humans in general who are looking for practical tools to manage stress and build personal resilienceé

Expect straight-up strategies, real talk, a few laughs, and maybe even a sigh of relief.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Recognize the impacts of chronic stress on everyday performance and well-being
  • Apply simple, actionable techniques to reduce stress and build emotional resilience
