I confirm I have read and agree to the Terms of Service
This agreement ("Agreement") is between a user/member (“User”) of iLearn by LearnSphere (“iLearn by LearnSphere”) and LearnSphere Canada Inc., ("LearnSphere "), the owner and operator of iLearn by LearnSphere, which is powered by Thinkific Labs Inc. ("Thinkific").
Introduction
Use of iLearn by LearnSphere constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. Any person creating an account has been explicitly asked to read and accept the terms of this Agreement and has done so. If you do not agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use iLearn by LearnSphere or create an account.
LearnSphere may change any of the terms in this Agreement at any time. Changes will become effective when LearnSphere posts the modified Agreement on iLearn by LearnSphere. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your account. Continued use of iLearn by LearnSphere by you or any other User under your license constitutes acceptance of the terms of the modified Agreement.
